No campfire is complete with a billy of tea, and no tea is better than billy tea. It’s traditionally made strong and black and sweet even when the temperature is up in the 30’s and 40s (degrees Celsius). My little campfire celebrates the moment when the billy is on the boil and everyone is up to sitting around relaxing . The scent of the eucalypts is in the air and the creek is cool and welcoming.
